Week 49: Building Desks, Beautiful Women, Cats And Christmas Hacks.

Since I’ve been on holiday in London last week, I didn’t really get too much time on the internet, so I didn’t really follow everything that was going on. I did have a good look around for the most fun posts that were spread all around over the last week, and I found some really good ones!

This poem by Edgar Allan Poe:

Gaily bedight,
A gallant knight,
In sunshine and in shadow,
Had journeyed long,
Singing a song,
In search of Eldorado.

But he grew old —
This knight so bold —
And o’er his heart a shadow
Fell as he found
No spot of ground
That looked like Eldorado.

And, as his strength
Failed him at length,
He met a pilgrim shadow —
“Shadow,” said he,
“Where can it be —
This land of Eldorado?”

“Over the Mountains
Of the Moon,
Down the Valley of the Shadow,
Ride, boldly ride,”
The shade replied, —
“If you seek for Eldorado!”

There surely were a lot of beautiful things wandering around the internet in week 49. Wait, week 49.. That means it’s week 50 now. We really are getting towards the end of the year, aren’t we? That just hit me there for a second, hehe.

Have a lovely rest of the day and don’t forget that, even in the darkest times, beautiful things are always around.
